Description

The battery stacking process involves cutting Anode and Cathode electrode sheets into the required sizes, then stacking the positive electrode, separator, and cathode electrode sheets into small battery cells. Finally, the single cells are assembled into battery modules.

This equipment is suitable for the battery cell stacking process. It stacks Anode and Cathode electrodes with separators using Z-folding. It is an ideal tool for small-scale or lab-scale battery cell production and testing. The equipment uses a tension-controlled winding system, air cylinder-driven separator Z-folding system, and foot pedal operation for ease of use. Compared with manual stacking, this equipment offers higher stacking efficiency and better cell alignment. It is an excellent choice for R&D sample making and small batch production.
