Description

Description

This in-situ Raman electrochemical cell is an extension of the B002-RM model with the incorporation of a pressure system, designed to withstand a maximum pressure of 6MPa. It is tailored for the investigation of electrode materials, offering in-situ spectroscopy and morphology analysis during electrochemical experiments.

Features

Crafted from high-purity titanium, this electrochemical cell combines robust construction with advanced functionality. Featuring both positive and negative poles, isolation is achieved through a user-provided membrane. The cell has an exceptional sealing capability and assembly reproducibility.

Facilitating precise evaluations, the cell allows for load adjustments through a spring mechanism. Connected to charging/discharging equipment, it becomes a versatile tool for a wide range of battery cycling tests and characteristic assessments.

User-friendly in every aspect, this electrochemical cell requires only a simple tightening of screws, with an exceptional chemical-resistant O-ring ensuring airtight sealing. Whether assembled in a glovebox or deployed outdoors, its versatility is unmatched.

Ease of disassembly post charging/discharging tests ensures sample integrity. Swift assembly and disassembly make cleaning a breeze, enhancing the overall efficiency of your experiments.

Key specifications include a working electrode distance from the optical window of less than 2mm, an optical window diameter of 8mm, and overall dimensions of 50x50x24mm.

Includes PEEK parts produced with Ensinger™ TECAPEEK (medical-grade)
